This exceptional material excels with extended use and are typical for Cast and Extruded Nylon. Nylon is available in a massive selection of sizes and shapes, including small diameter rod to massive diameters. The Black Extruded Natural Nylon type 66 material are readily available.

Between the Delrin and Acetal rods, both materials are incredibly durable and easily machinable, and they have very similar physical properties. They appear the same, but for practical use there are some differences that can make one better than the other. It also depends heavily on your application.
